MessageMadam,
It is heartening to note that a lady can have iron fist. Indeed you should use it without fear for the rest of your life.
I feel that the Society in which we live has a foundation which is unethical. Hence two important evils of the present day selfish society(PSSS in short) are property rights and money. This earth even before Man originated belogned to God and after entry of Man into the scene his decision to put barricades and boundaries creating imbalances and inequality created haves and have-nots. It has continued even today.
Highlighting these points I have written a book which will be published shortly titled 'Shall we save the Earth?'. Ofcourse the activities of the PSSS have brought the earth to the brink of destruction. If we fail to establish a Society without selfishness (SWS) within the next 10 years then I assure that the traces of Man on earth will be erased by rising oceans and dried rivers. Hope wisdom will prevail.

MessageMadam,
Your struggle against corrupt officers can be described as the second war of Independence after Mahatma Gandhi. This country of Mahatma has been dissanctified. Here money and power reigns. Poor citizens and outright officers are tormented. Voices raised have been suppressed by violent methods.
But just like Mahatma TRUTH WILL PREVAIL. I have brought to your notice the Rs.5000 crore per year arecanut and cashew kernel VAT evasion. My voice which became feeble now gained impetus and I now feel a happy man whatever may be the consequences. I feel that Almighty God is fighting the wicked will help us to achive the second Independence.

MessageWater Corruption:
In 5th Main, Malleshpalya, New Thippasandra Post, Bangalore, Cauvery water supply pipes exist but there is no supply. This is because the person who is responsible for opening the valve to release water to an area is involved in the water tanker business. He takes money Rs250/- per tanker (4000 liters) to deliver water to households.
To people who know that he is behind this business, he takes 50/- for a tanker.
Lately he has been demanding money to open the valve. The amount of money demanded depends on your amount of dependence on the Cauvery water supply. If you are completely depended then Rs 200/-.
Can you stop this corruption? and make the comman man's plight a little better.

MessageDear Jayashree,

Your new approach is a refreshing change in an era where all established checks and balances in the public administration system have miserably failed. Corruption is rampant despite the well established (?) audit and vigilance machinery.

RTI Act empowers a citizen to raise issues regarding inefficiency in public administration and highlight corrupt practices. Effectively, every citizen can become an Audit Officer or a Vigilance Officer.Unless citizens demand better services from the Government, the system may never improve.

Strong support of press and media is needed to expose corruption and usher in transparency/public accountability. Your laudable efforts so far show that even the voice of an individual can trigger corrective measures.

Best of luck, Madam. Please carry on the good work.
