| Message | I am speechless. I have to say it, a dominating trade by the Phillies. Wow. |

| Message | wow... just read that Gaborik left the game midway through the third period... "limped off the ice to the dressing room". I checked his shift charts and his last shift ended at 11:47 of the third... could be completely minor and he just left because it was 5-2... OR.. it could make me a very timely GM. either way... dancin man from me: ![]() |

| Message | Yeah, I figured you were lamenting your injuries...however, if you play close attention, you'll notice that Joikenen bites. The Iginla-Joikennen firestorm I anticipated has yet to materialize... |

| Message | i was merely saying that i could really use jokinen or gomez to replace sedin and kovalchuk..
i didn't mean any disrespect to jokinen or his johnson (derksen).. ![]() |

| Message | Let's make one thing very clear - I acquired Joikenen strictly as a role player. If he can put a few points on the board for me, that's a bonus..but I brought him on board to provide leadership to my young guns. It's just like my acquisition of Redden from the Blazers last season - sure, some people may think I wanted an OFFENSIVE defenseman in exchange when I traded the greated d-man of the last decade (Lidstrom) to Rob. But no, what I wanted was someone who would put the odd point on the board, but really provide HEART..and guarantee me a last place finish for years to come. |
