| Message | I believe there were tonnes of ideas thrown out this spring, but they all were spurred on by 2 major, but related problems (in my opinion). Problem # 1 - Our league now has one super power team, that is very young. There are currently 2-4 other teams that consider themselves outside contenders. Once the end of Nov./early Dec. comes around those teams realize they don't have a chance. Which leads to a complete lack of trades. No one has anyone else to trade with, because they're all doing the same thing, looking for youth. Which leads to problem # 2 - teams stop making moves (including roster call ups, either intentionally to fall back in the standings for higher picks, or unintentionally because of the lack of interest due to the league being won in Nov. |

| Message | Sweet discussions... So, everyone who's still in the pool, tell me if you're going for the win this year or rebuilding. Either say it on here or email me. I guarantee offers for every GM. I don't really care much either way on the rule changes, I thought there were a lot more discussed in the spring though. In my opinion if we want to move to a quicker paced league with more parity we'd need to restructure the pool to keeping X players per year and the rest go into the draft which we make deeper. I'm not saying I want to do that myself, I'm just saying I think it's in the best interest of the less interested GM's. |

| Message | two ideas yet to be completely hashed out: the changing monies owed based on finish and/or change the way the draft order is determined we definitely need clarification on disputing other people's roster moves (or lack thereof) |

| Message | Wow... If Kovy and Nabokov both leave for Russia it might actually be the break we need to get this pool back on a level playing field... Are there any official rule change discussions going to happen this summer? Cause they should probably happen sooner (now) rather than later ... |
