| Message | Wow Goon - first you say there's massive support to move ahead with expansion and now you swing to the other end saying that "it is clear there is no appetite for expansion." How about we have an extended conversation about it - and not make a rush decision either way? It takes time to think through this to see if it's good for the league and GM/owners. |

| Message | For the record, I'm happy to expand...I think ten teams would be a good number. I have no problem with dilution of talent - lower scorers simply become more important. We could also expand the farms systems (add two players per farm team) and this would increase the chances of parity. More teams with more players to choose from would likely reduce the likelihood of long term, franchise dominance (a la Blazers, Dukes and to a lesser extent, the Eppsters who won the FHL Cup for one-year straight in the early days). I will always vote in favour of expansion. |
