| Message | His status will be up for review at the end of this season. He is ineligible for this season's drafts. If he lasts as a d man for the duration of this season we will have a vote regarding the possibility of drafting him as a d man next year. |

| Message | my interpretation was that he couldn't be draft in the 2010-11 season... but reading it again i may have misunderstood. rob can you confirm? 3. Byfuglien rule - simple - he cannot be drafted by an FHL franchise. (it is too hard to create an unbiased rule regarding his forward/d status changes - because this is an extremely rare situation, the easiest thing to do is to ban him from being drafted before he becomes the property of a FHL franchise - again). |

| Message | Prior to the season Rob made it clear that Byfuglien is banned from the pool. We all voted in support of it. He is ineligible for the fhl. |
