Your articles have been very helpful to me as I try to troubleshoot a very troublesome network -- which became that way overnight after having run without problems for quite a few months. While I have fixed a number of problems, one remains and I have run out of "things to try". I posted the problem to the Microsoft XP Newsgroup site under Windows XP Networking and the Web, as you suggested and hope you will spend time to find it and perhaps provide additional suggestions. The problem was entered today (10/15) by LeeB and is entitled "XP Network Problem....". Thanks..... |

| Message | Hi Chuck: I lived in Alaska 32 years, around Seward, and there is this long wooded hill over by the Chugach Mountains, there is a lake on the hill, but apparently no one has ever thought to name it, so everyone around there calls it "Nonamelake"! Now you know why I use this user name. Thank you very much for answering my post about my blog being blocked my Blogger, later I will send it to you so you can see what was blocked, but if you are a Bush fan you won't like it! | Message | Too technical for a small business owner to understand although I'm certain that these suggestions would resolve the problem.....I think? I just would like to know a simple solution to secure my wireless netword so I don't end up having to format these computers again. That seems to be the answer to anything and always at the expence of loosing more data,time and sometimes customers. |
