MessageYah, that was totally unexpected and kinda funny, but it was nice to see you too. We stopped by at Cafe Corridor in the late afternoon, but somehow the cafe latte just didn't seem to taste as good as the one you prepared smilie.

I still happen to have that issue of "Concierge", so maybe I'll try to bring it in the next time I think I'll be stopping by. Hope all is well.

MessageHi Felix, the cafe latte yesterday was really well-made and had a rich body and aftertaste. The piece of chocolate was also a great accompaniment to the coffee, thanks again. I sure had a cozy afternoon.

Oh, and I wanted to let you know (guess you were taking a break then) that Cafe Corridor was featured in this Japanese magazine called "Concierge" as well as this week's "HK Magazine". Congratulations. smilie

咖啡豆我地係用自己的BRAND, 因為我地係"自設廠房"架! ^_^ 我地公司入口咖啡生豆, 然後每星期按用量烘焙 (即係"炒豆"啦, 不過人地話, �, 同埋有自己的風味.
LUNCH HOUR 我地就一時時, 有時都幾多人下, 但多數都係靜鷹鷹.

MessageThanks for your reply. I just don't like things that are too creamy in general and my tummy can tolerate skim milk better. Also, I prefer a coffee with a bold, dark flavor, and it seems that having an espresso-based drink made with skim milk allows the depth of the coffee to come through more.

It's probably considered to be a no-no amongst true coffee aficionados, but I guess that's how I like my cup of coffee to be. smilie
