| Message | Hi Felix, We were at Cafe Corridor the other day and were looking at your collection of coffee bags from around the world when I noticed one from Blue Bottle Coffee ... that is one of our favorite coffee makers when I was still living in the Bay Area in the US. I think I've yet to try a coffee prepared by Gabe, but hopefully I will someday. And haha, you still remember my usual order  .Out of curiosity, what do you think of the current issue of Time Out on "Hong Kong's 20 Best Coffee Spots" ... controversial or not? P.S. Oops, I almost caused a fire hazard at Coffee Assembly this afternoon. Sorry to Lily for that.  |

The cappuccino she prepared had a lovely foam with a velvety texture, and was one of the most impressive ones that I've had in a while (even though she didn't seem to be too pleased with it.) |
