| Message | Hi Felix, I grew up in Brisbane, Australia and my parents are from HK. I recently have been very interested in starting a coffee shop in HK. I have been inspired by your latte art and I am actually coming to HK soon. I will visit Cafe Corridor next week. I have had part time experience in the hospitality industry. What advice would you give me to prepare myself for starting a coffee shop in HK? Thanks |

| Message | Dear Felix, Thank you for you suggestions. In fact, I often go to different coffee shops to try their coffee, then take a note what I feel. And pay attention all about coffee, and read books as well. I will go to Taiwan for visiting their coffee shops, I hope I can get more from there. By the way, I will visit you again. See you then!
