MessageI livein North Carolina and it is intensely disturbing that we haven't raised the min. wage while our cost of living has risen to an unreasonable level. I hope others will continue to support this movement, as I will.

MessageIt is high time that the citizens of North Carolina demanded a minimum wage hike. How can we ever expect people to pull themselves up by their bootstraps if the straps aren't long enough. I whole heeartedly support a minimum wage hike.

MessageI support an increase in the minimum wage as proposed by N.C. State Treasurer, Richard Moore, to help people get out of poverty. With high oil prices increasing the price of everything else, it is critical that the minimum wage be raised, so people can afford at least some of life's necessities.
