| Message | I support raising the minimum wage. If you would volunteer at Urban Ministries, you would learn that a great many of the people seeking aid are among the "working poor." It appears more and more that legislators(both state and national) bow to business and have little regard for the working people. Please consider making a difference in the lives of people who work for low wages. |

This is not about "crimping profits" but about distributing more of those profits to people at the bottom of the economic ladder who need it most. |

It is immoral, indecent, and unchristian that people who do honest work for a living have increased their productivity and still have seen the buying power of their wages decline. |
