| Message | As every single current and ex-student/staff of HTS knows, plus all 800 Casting Directors and Agents on our lists, plus all privately invited professional guests, plus anyone who reads this noticeboard on a regular basis, plus all family and friends....the HTS Graduation Showcase is tomorrow, Wednesday, at the Leicester Square Theatre at 1.00pm. Thank you so much for all your messages of support. We look forward to seeing you all tomorrow. The show is wonderful! |

| Message | To all HTS staff and students, past and present. Just to let you know, that although HTS will be closing next week, I shall (with the help of my comedy writing partner David Ephgrave) be keeping this website going as a memory of what HTS was and has been to all who walked it's (sometimes slightly spooky) corridors! Stay tuned because we intend to do some major revamping to the site now it's under our control. This guest book will obviously remain, and there will also be (among other things); a history of the school, images of ALL the past students (collected from the walls inside Hertfordshire Theatre School) and also pictures and details of those students who are graduating next week. As well as this myself and David also did a short video tour around the old building on Queen Street in the summer last year, so keep popping back to the site to see that. If anyone has any ideas for other bits that could go on the site, feel free to contact us at [email protected]. | Message | Many thanks to all our amazing HTS students for behaving so brilliantly and professionally while the UK Performing Arts magazine came to see us yesterday. You were a huge part of the reason why the Editor was so bowled over by the theatre, the ethos, the passion and the One Year Course starting in September! UK PA could see that the same staff, the same skills, same energy and positivity would flow effortlessly from HTS into the new MT Acting and Singing Course! We are so happy to hear that so many of you are staying around in Hitchin. By the sound of today's good news, we might need you.... The Market Theatre Winter and Spring Tours have just acquired two new theatres! As well as Wycombe, Swindon, Southend and Hayes, we now have the White Rock Theatre in Hastings and the Orchard Theatre in Dartford! It just gets better and better. So looking forward to your amazing showcase next week.... |

I look forward to seeing you at auditions out there in the 'real world' very soon. I guess that next week is the end of an era - I feel very proud of what HTS has achieved over the years and honoured to have been such a big part of it for so long. | Message | The HTS Farce, "The Lovers' Inn", opens tonight at the Market Theatre Studio @ 8.00. It then runs nightly up to and including Sat 27th @ 4.00 and 7.30. It is a hilarious 18th century romp and well worth a visit! Long Bar open before and after show. |
