| Message | Hey guys! If anyone is free over the next week I need a bit of help. I'm doing Blood Wedding at the Southwark Playhouse and we need people to be planted in the audience, theres quite a lot of audience participation in the show and these people's job is to join in with lots of enthusiasm! At the moment we are short on numbers for next week, so wondered if anyone is free, minimum 2 nights (monday - saturday inc sat matinee), or the following 2 weeks after that if you're not free this week? The deal would be come down and watch the show and join in for 2 nights (minimum) in exchange for an 'ensemble' credit on your cv at a good theatre and a chance to watch a play for free (twice!). Only slight problem is it wouldn't be paid so you'd have to find your own way to London, but if 4 people were interested you can get 4 people for £44 travelcards on the train from Hitchin (so for 2 days it would cost you £22 per person), plus you'd also get 2 days in london to go to dress circle, samuel french's, oxford street etc. Let me know if you're interested and ask friends etc (as long as they're very willing to participate!) to try and get a group together! Had some good news too so if anyone is around in August I am in Alan Ayckbourns Confusions at the Union Theatre from Aug 11th-29th tues-sat for 3 weeks! Also got a one nighter A Hard Days Month at The culture cafe-The Rose Theatre Kingston Aug 9th. For further info, feel free to message me! Incidentally, never fear, the House Cup will continue in the Market Theatre Course! As you all said last night, H.T.S. will live on in so many ways. Its legacy is in you. There will never be another school like H.T.S. xx |
