MessageThe reunion looks good for next year but obviously, unlike Blackpool it is a "one day only" event. As I have got the entire weekend off is there any body who is planning to go to Colly on Friday and if so can we arrange an "Emergency R.V." and fire some warmers into the bank thus making a weekend of it?

Safe Landings.

MessageTo All.
Re Reunion 23 March 2013 Colchester.
Finalised things with RSM and Batt.
The format will be pretty much as it was at the last reunion in Merville Barracks.
The only big change is that Cherry Tree Camp is no more and because of the individual accomodation that the soldiers now live in, the RSM can only provide 30 places on camp-cots (own sleeping bags) in the Training Wing. Therefore it will be first come, first served etc. The cost for breakfast on Sunday is £3.50.
For everybody else it will be as before - find your own accomodation locally.
It is then £10.00 for the buffet for everybody. (Those that attended last time may remember how good it was).
Reception will begin from 1400 and the bar will be open at 1600, as will various stands and the PRI. The AGM will be at 1800 and then straight into the function with the buffet starting at 2000. Bar closes at 0200. (NB. Unfortunately, at the moment, as last time, those in hotels etc. will have to make their own way back).
Gary Teale will have the booking proformas out by the end of the month, latest.
Regrds to all.
