Messagehi there fellow sv1000 owners.Ive got a k4 1000 and its the best bike that ive had.Good performance,looks great,and sounds great.The only niggles is the fuel range and the some what iffey finnish.What a bike.Well done suzuki.But you must be mad to have dropped it from the range. smilie

MessageFirst time to the site. Previous bikes included a couple of VFRs and an FZ6. Thought I might enjoy a twin. Interested in a naked for the riding position or possibly tips on raising bars and lowering pegs on an S.

Messagetried the pirelli strada on my 2003 sv1000 got 9200 miles on the rear was gettin 5000. definitely good rubber . works great in the mountains, cold and the wet. try them you will be pleased. comes with 8/32 in the middle of rear tire.
