MessageThanks Andy, I'll take a look now. I'm taking delivery of a paddock stand and torque wrench tomorrow that I exchanged for the TRE but can always get another if I was simply unlucky with the last one and managed to buy myself a duffer.

MessageHi Andy, I'd already taken off the AOL filter but still didn't get your e mail there, nor at yahoo or hotmail. A replacement TRE arrived from SG Motorsport in Portsmouth this morning. It's still a TRE 005 but is blue rather than black this time. HPS informed me however that the constant FI warning is endemic to this device, despite the fact that the importer, SG said he's never heard of such a problem. I intend to exchange the thing with Demon Tweeks, where I originally bought it as it's just too much hassle for the worth of it, what with my wiring having to be pulled about to attach/detach etc. A shame though, because the engine was much smoother and more responsive at lower speeds. One day soon I'll buy some of that woodstain that does exactly what it says on the tin.

MessageNice work! Very impressed with the design and how the bike is adapted to carry the chair too. They should make this more mainstream.

MessageHello to you Andy and everyone else from me in Wales, UK. Can anyone help me out please ? I fitted an Ivan's Smart TRE 005 to my 2004 SV 1000 K3 and even though the engine was superb with it fitted I lost my neutral light and got a permanent red light warning for the FI with accompanying and alternating digital FI/temp digital readout plus the bike refused to start unless completely upright with the stand raised. I rang the UK supplier and he told me he'd exchange the item whereas the company who sold me it said this behaviour is normal.
My alternative e mail addresses are [email protected] and [email protected] and I'd be most grateful for any assistance regarding this matter.
