MessageI'm looking to remove my rear passenger foot pegs and install the Ben hangers show at your site. Does anyone have info on these, or any other after market hangers. I have twin Yosh RS3 slips-ons.

MessageI have an 01 sv 650 and it knocks bad i believe my bearings are shot. I am not sure how to go about fixing it, i plan on doing it myself but i know the crank alone is expensive. Is there any way a sv 1000 motor would fit in a 650 frame?

MessageCan anyone please tell me if the fitment of a Dynojet Power Commander causes the loss of neutral light and an always on FI warning display as I experienced with a TRE that was fitted temporarily ? If so, I'll do without.

Thanks

MessageHi, just bought an SV1000 and was looking around and your site popped up 2nd or 3rd in the ratings from wanadoo. Nice one, you must know what you're doing. I'm a regular bike modder although more akin to classic bikes and mags, having had one particular Triumph T160 featured and enjoyed. I've only just ventured into Japanese bikes over the past 10 years via an FJ1200, another Yamaha but this time a little more honed into what I like, a TRX850. Lovely machine and as hairy as you can get, especially naked. I had a nice play with that bike until it stopped. It's now undergoing surgery. I really like modifying bikes for performance (and looks) and would be very interested in anyone else who doesn't want to re-invent the wheel. If I'm trying something (and I'm pretty methodical) I don't mind passing this on as long as I can save some time via someone elses experience. Is this what your site is about and if so how do I subscribe? Paul

MessageHello to you Andy, and anyone else who might happen to read this entry. I just fitted a radiator guard from Beowulf Performance Products of Halifax and it's a very well finished item in polished stainless steel, the holes lining up precisely with the rad itself. It cost £44.95p including VAT, not bad when you consider the cost of a new radiator from a flying chipping.
