| Message | Hello Andy, I read that you had your pituitary removed when you were 11 and are now 35. I had mine removed in 1969 when I was 8yrs old. I cannot seem to hold a job for any good length of time. I'm curious, are you employeed and also how are things for you in general? I have trouble juggling all my meds and it seems very hard to replace what the body would naturally make. I just was terminated from a pretty good job after a year of working there. Things are not no well. I don't know where to get another job, and one that I can do. Sorry for rambling. Hope to here from you soon. Thanks for your help. William, [email protected] |

| Message | Thanks for the site! I was diagnosed with acromegaly and had surgery about a year ago. So far, my hormones are normal but my joints are still having trouble because of damage while I still had all that growth hormone. Nice to hear I'm not alone in this  |
