| Message | Dear all It is now "International Telugu Cultural Conference in conjunction with Golden Jubliee Celebrations"(ITCC&GJ) from 3,4 & 5 March 2006 at Genting International Convention Centre,Genting Highland, Malaysia. This event is patronised by Datuk Seri S Samy Vellu, Minister of Works who also the President of Malaysia Indian Congress. ITCC&CJ would showcase the eminent history of Telugus,culture,customs, arts,mucic, literary works and Fashion Show(Miss Golden Jubille/ Kumari Bangarammah) . Several cultural troupes from Andhra Pradesh will also be performing during this event. As Telugus constitute the second largest ethnic group amongst the Indians in Malaysia and had the honour of hosting the Second World Telugu Conference in 1981(14-19 April)in Kuala Lumpur,Malaysia. We expect thousands of visitors around the world to paticipate actively in the event and take time to visit all the wonderful scenes and sights in and around Malaysia. MAS is being appointed as our official Airline which offers special packages for all Foreign Delegates to Kuala Lumpur for the ITCC&GJ convention in March 2006. Pls support our golden jublee & international TELUGU CONFERENCE at GENTING HIGHLANDS to make this event a success and it will be memorable event for the present generation and future. Our parents enjoyed FIRST WORLD TELUGU COFFERENCE which was held in KUALA LUMPUR MALAYSIA 1970'S. The above was a memorable event for them and now it's our time make this as memorable for the present generation.  |

| Message | Namaskaram, Im Ganeshrao from Rawang.Since I surf this TAM Web ,I get more information about all the activities that TAM having.I like to ask one matter here. A few month ago TAM sent a letter to Menteri Pelajaran Malaysia about "request to having telugu class on POL "People in Own Language" period to telugu student if at least 15 student willing to study telugu bahasa per class. Can I know what happen about this matter? I just ask this matter now to keep in TAM mind to request about this matter also with others to our Prime Minister in Golden Jublee Celebration if TAM not decide to request this matter yet with our PM. We want our coming generation children can read & write telugu bahasa.Although telugu bahasa not so important in Malaysia but we must retain our telugu bahasa from disappear like that.
