| Message | Namaskaramu, I am please to inform you that TAM have setteled the outstanding bank loan,with help of all our branches and individuals.Currently TAM owes the TAM branches and individuals only. I take this opprtunity to thank each and every one of the donor and loaner for their assistance in achiving our objectives. The Cultural centre hall will be ready for use in 2 weeks. The hall have a sitting capacity for 400 people and a stage for cultural performances. The surrounding compound is being land scaped. I would also like to thank MR.Ramarao and S.Ramachandra Rao of Rawang branch for donating all the lighting required for the building. Please visit the centre if you are in Rawang. Jai Telugu Thalli. | Message | Pria Mitrulaku Vandanamulu, Mitrulara we are left with only about 40 days for our Lnternational Telugu Cultural Conference in conjuntion with our Goldern Jubilee. Last month The Organzing Committee has requested for Volunteers to help us to assist in various sub - committees. We are still desprately waiting for more Volunteers. The time has come for all caring Telugus to show their love for their mother tongue and culture. We need competent girls & boys or University / Collage students. Please register as Volunteer now, for more information please mail to [email protected] In 1981 we organized our Second World Telugu Conference and our Silver Jubilee at Jaya Puri Hotel which is P J Hilton now, we can see the joy and fun among our youths. Our yong men and women were so committed for our Language and Culture.Most of them are in their early twenties, took one week leave and spent about 18 hours a day in the secretariat. I'am one of them. Most of this youths had a chance to meet and established a better relationship and goodwill among our Brothers and Sisters. At least five couples had happily married from this event. We had about 80 Girls and Boys as Volunteers. Those days we don't have computers all the work need to be done manualy. We hope our present youths are not heros in talking and zeros in action. The success of the event is with us. Telugus should be strong in Unity and One in purpose. Jai Telugu Thalli Sree Ramulu |

| Message | Namaskaramu, Golden Jubilee preparations are in progress as shedule. New delegates continue to register. We are expecting about 900 local delegates and another 400 foreign delegate.Youth and Mahila participation is not as expected. Arrangements for opening ceremoney on 3rd March is under progess.i.e VVIP arrangements, P.M, ministers local and A.P india will grace the occassion.Andhra style buffet dinner for 1st day still underdiscussion. Day2: 6 professors and Heads of Dept and 1 V.C from Leading Andhra Universities will be addressing the delegates.There are also some local speakers toching on various socio economic subjects. A gala dinner is arranged on Day 2 with outstanding and up coming Telugu Singers. A 4 hr Authentic Andhra nite,with cultural dances ,drama,skit,and music awaiting you. Day 3;Seminars on youth, and power point presentation and Q&A and cinema artist apperances and award presentaion followed by valedictory function.
