MessageWhat a treat this site is....will never be able to own one of these magnificent animals..but we have quite a lot of these wonderfull horses where we live...the weather here is quite severe at times..wondered how their stamina stands up to the elements.....
Just a wonderfull site - have learned quite a bit about these horses....

MessageSuper web site.
I have just bought a clydesdale cross friesian which is a really docile animal and is riding as a three year old.
Are you aware of anyone with a similar cross.
If so please e mail me to let me know
Thanks Brian

MessageYour website is a great discovery !! My Dad has told me many adventures with the 2 Clydes he grew up with in Scotland. He had been sent to work on a farm during the war,and thats where he
met Kate and Clyde.I have a photo of him on his
precious Kate.I have a deep passion for the
Clydesdale,and photograph horses,especially
heavy horses.I am coming for a visit to your
area in October, perhaps I could stop in and
take some photos, and perhaps a ride !?!?!? smilie
Love your site ! Please ,keep sharing !!

MessageGreat site. I was wondering if you should lunge clydesdale horses to break them. I,ve got a 4 year old that we tried to break in january by lunging and he went very lame, i'm trying again in august and wondered what to do because quite a few people have told me you shouldn't lunge them but they've never had one. Please help what should i do? Really did like the site smilie smilie smilie

MessageI love your web site & the photos of your beautiful horses. I was surprised to see photos of people riding Clydesdales. I've only ever seen them as harness horses. Very interesting. I saw Clydesdales in the heavy horse show at the Calgary Stampede in Calgary, Alberta. They didn't have any riding competitions though, only harness. They look so magnificent wearing their shiny harnesses. smilie

MessageHave not long started horse-riding, and encountered my first Clydesdales at the RHS on 24th June - and fell in love with a 4yo called Jamie! smilie Now I simply can't get enough of them - would love to ride one when I've got a bit more experience!
