MessageHi Shane.
I just read the article about your scholarship in the RC Journal and happened to check out your website. You've come a long way since the Ranch Amusement Park days of taking go-carts down the service road, weed eating and sprinkler system installation!! I think I'm supposed to say 'those were the days'?! smilie Your LIFE is an inspiration. Keep up the good work. It is in our weakness that HE is strong. Go get em...Karrie (Wessel) Miller

MessageHi Shane,

I sure hope this finds you feeling better and that your pain meds are doing the trick for you. Shane and I are in the process of moving to a different ranch south of Rapid City. While I HATE moving, this one is a good one. We'll be managing my great Uncle's Mt. Rushmore Angus Ranch. The haying equipment leaves a lot to be desired, but the country is beautiful, the house is nice, the cattle are top notch and good, honest cow horses are abundant on the place. smilie

We'll be offline for a few weeks after May 20th, but I'll try to check in whenever I get to a computer. You remain in our heart-felt prayers and in our thoughts.
God bless you, Shane.

MessageHi Shane,

We just wanted to let you know that the Lamberts and the Bethany Church community have not forgotten you. It's wild around here with trying to get the usual cattle and field work done as well as get melon ground ready.

Tim is planning a big party for Sun. night May 28 to benefit Relay for Life and Childhood cancer research. They have a group of five male singers coming from Lincoln for entertainment after the hog roast. They are named "No Better Cause" and do all kinds of music, but a lot of Gospel. Would be nice if you could me here.

Molly is the picture of health - may it always be so!

Thinking of you prayerfully.

MessageShane,

A friend of ours (Starla Lyon) told us that we needed to read your story, she was right.

Your perseverance that you have exhibited is beyond words, it demonstrates your faith, and inner strength.

Please know that you are not walking alone, as we are, there are a lot of fine people praying for you.

Keep The Faith Brother,

Mike

MessageHi Shane---It has been a while since I've been on the computer, so I decided I should catch up tonight. I'm pretty excited because I will finish harrowing tomorrow!!!! Then I can just ride horses and catch up on yard work. (Probably should do something about the housework too smilie smilie) It looks like I should be caught up on my "spring" work by about July 1. smilie I'll probably just have to prioritize like usual---which means the housework will be at the bottom of the list! smilie smilie
I'm looking forward to having Kelcey come home, but not sure when that will be. Either Sunday or Memorial weekend. It will be nice to have her here for the summer. Hopefully her horse has a good year.
That was a nice article on the Gaffney site. What a nice thing for them to do. I'm sure the receipient will be thrilled.
Call us sometime. We're still praying.
Love, amy and zak
