| Message | Shane and Hope Hope you are feeling better and hopefully surgery went good. Been thinking quite a bit about you guys here lately, we are praying for healing, and for peace to surround you while you endure all that you will go through. I'm sure you heard about the tornadoes Mon. night. I guess they sucked the doors off of Pitzer's big shed while some of the people were inside. I heard they had to put some horses down. We went into town and roped last night, not much excitement except somebodys horse pulled back and broke his lead rope, so they roped him and drug him back. I don't know any thing else I guess, so see you later. |

| Message | Hi Unca Tane It is 4 in the mornin and I am up! I do not fel like going to sleep so I am writin you. I woke up wen daddy left tis morning and it is soo fun to keep mama up  I went to see dr Singh the other day. I am 15lbs 2oz and 25 1/2 in long! He told mama you and me should both eat lots of watermelon and cantaloupe. I want you and aunti Hope to come home. I miss both of you  I am starting to get sleepy now!love ya! Jenae |

| Message | Hey there Shane! I've been praying that your port surgery went well this morning. I hope this one doesn't give you problems. I wish they could come up with a better solution for getting blood and giving the chemo...a fawcett perhaps? Sorry, poor attempt at humor. It's hot and humid in Chambers today. We've been trying to dry the alfalfa and put it up for over a week, maybe it'll be baled before the next storm! Take care and please tell Hope to get me your Chocolate chip cookie recipe...sounds like the cookies are famous!! |

I also wanted to pass along the well wishes of the entire Pretty Prairie committee. You will be on our minds and in our hearts all next week. | Message | Hi Shane You've got it whittled down to 2 sessions to finish up the week! Yeah!!! Just think today you will have the distraction of doing exercise while you receive the chemo (if they decide to help you get ride of the extra fluid, that is). From all I've been hearing about how many steps we need to take every day, that will really help you get your step count up!!!
