| Message | It was great to see you both this weekend, and it is amazing to see how well Shane looks considering what he's been through. (Hope looks good too  ) I don't think he should try to keep up with Jenae (the energizer baby) for a while yet. It might be less tiring to run a marathon or something simple like that.
