MessageI've got a pretty harsh case(I think) of MS. Can't walk without a walker, dizzy at times, fatigue easily, vision has trouble focusing at times, severe headaches, loss of coordination, cognitive thought process at times. I would be glad to be a guiney pig for any studies you think I should try.

MessageWell done to all of you at MSRC.

I know you all do a great job on a very tight budget.

Keep up the good work. It IS appreciated.

I read this the other day and I thought it was nice. It describes what I wish for all of you:

May the road always rise to meet you,
May the wind be always on your back,
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
The rains fall soft upon your fields
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the hollow of his hand.

Well done to all of you.

Best regards,

Terry McDevitt

MessageI am 48 years old and was diagnosed with MS in July 2004...kind of old to just be getting this is what they think. I was relieved to find out I had MS and not a brain tumor.
I started giving myself Avonex injections in December...I don't like them.(I don't like needles.) I seem to have a lack of energy the day after.
I have 3 cousins that also have MS. One has had it for 35 years, but she is tough-raised during the depression.
I don't know if stress has anything to do with anything, but my Dad died of cancer in Nov. 2004 and 6 weeks later my younger brother was diagnosed with mouth cancer. All that hasn't helped my not sleeping. I try not to give my Mom more to worry about.
