I had left a birthday salutation on Youtube's Midnight Moses and Gambling Barroom Blues videos, but at the time I'd no idea this medium even existed! Therefore...wishing you the Happiest of Birthdays once again, Sir! As a devotee of Zal Cleminson for 36 years, I've been waiting since 1975 to see you live, having driven from Pittsburgh to Cleveland for a SAHB which - for some reason- was cancelled unexpectedly and never rebooked! As these many years slipped by, I pondered the stark realization of NEVER seeing the greatest guitarist who ever graced the face of our planet. Is there any possibility of Zal Cleminson and the SAHB EVER crossing the pond and playing in the US? This American fan fervently hopes that you consider a short US tour one last time before hanging up your facepaint! Believe me, it would be much easier for me to drive to Cleveland and catch a show as opposed to driving to Glasgow...the price of petrol would slay me! Therefore...one last time? Or must I travel across the pond to view you in your element for my first and final time? Please set this fan's heart afire once more, and I promise to provide a really excellent glass of Frederico Paternina Rioja upon your arrival! Do we have a deal?
