Saw you several times in the seventies; a few times at Hammersmith and once at the Bracknell Sports Centre where you were supported by Bandit (lead singer Jim Diamond- he of Aye yi yi yi yi Shoulda known beter fame which I yi yi yi yi believe got to number one.Anyway those concerts were brill, the music fantastic and who can forget Clem in the make-up and skin tights or the Christmas concert with Alex dancing 'cheek to cheek'with the young lady in the cut out dress in the rear. Have to confess that I am the person on the live album who can be heard shouting 'we love you Alex!' to which he replies 'doo yer really?' What a concert!!!!! Cant wait to see you guys again. |
