MessageI'm tired of church, as all they seem to care about is the money they can get for Tithes. I think that we should give to help our brothers and sisters and to help support the local church, but after studying God's word I know that Tithing is not for the New Testament Church.We can go to Church for years and only know a few people and when someone needs money help the Pastor either tells the members to help that person, but won't give up a penny of what the Church takes in.I just feel in my Spirit, that something is missing in the churches of today.I need some help in trying to figure all this out. I just want to serve God and to Obey him.

MessageWe live in the Rocky Mountains of rural Idaho, where there is a strong LDS influence and presence. My wife and I have struggled to find a Christian,Spirit filled, home church within 50 mile of our ranch, and have been unable to do so. We have discovered a number of buildings with some form of the word "church" associated with their titles in the area, however.... Yesterday, an old friend told us of his similar struggle, and that he now has a home church. The concept was encouraging, so I thought I would check into it.
