MessageMr. Sullivan
Who is Michael Donovan and how the hell did he get into the team? He is a pretty poor player. How did he jump infront of the likes of Glenn Garman, Kristian Hale even the reserves players Jon Dale & Ricky Bogal.
Very strange!

MessageHow you guys escaped with a point yesterday is beyond me!Theres not many off us fans but even speaking to some of yours we deserved the 3 points!
The last minute header was never in a million years a foul!!Over protecting of the weak keeper yet again!! He was the one who tried to come out and claim the ball!! Ridiculous decision!
The handball goal was very cheeky! Our No 10 was again a constant threat having previously scored 3 in 4 games! I happened to remember your left back been taken off! I wonder why! Your manager picked out a few of our players afterwards hence the changes being made! Thats why there managing and can see things where as your just a a typical non league fan! Not a clue! Theres only one team in orange!!

MessageJust a point on the laws of the game, the number 10 was booked for conduct not befitting a gentleman, yellow card, not red, the ref was correct.

MessageA big thank you to all of you for a great night last night... I am a little tired and why does my back hurt ??????

The raffle on the night raised £107 along with tickets sold in advance you are looking at around £140... So thats me sorted for cocktails with the captain on the Thames...

Takings was good as well, which makes the management team happy for once... smilie

Before Christmas I have another raffle but it's just one prize (and no it's not a night out with bird on the town, that'll be the booby prize) its a television.... Am getting the spec on it this week but I am looking at £1 per ticket instead of a strip (it got cold last night smilie)All proceeds go to the end of season bash which if you haven't guessed BIRD IS WANTING TO BE A PART OF !!!!

With regards to the match yesterday, so we got a draw it wasn't a loss so lets look forward to the next game...

On that note which is in tune for once.... See you all on Tuesday...

Till next time

MessageSorry for the comment yesterday mick regarding"reject",it was just a bit of banter but i know what you mean these things can backfire on you. sorry mate.anyway yesterdays game,i thought we deserved the three points with locky unlucky not to score again.i thought the ref was spot on with his decisions.also greenhouse did really well down the right side their midfield and defence couldnt cope with his speed and skill.it must be a big plus when hes available.see you at cove on tuesday.all we need is a good performance lads. smilie smilie

MessageHi all,
well that was a battle today, overall a draw was a fair result though with Walton missing a penalty they probably feel they could have won it. I know everyone was having a go at the ref but if we take 3 key decisions: he got the penalty right for them, he got the foul on Ian correct for their disallowed goal and he correctly ruled out the cheating number 10 who was so useless that instead of heading it in he slapped the ball in - the only mistake i believe was that he should have sent him off and not just booked him - still he was Waltons poorest player so it would not have made any difference. Btw the linesman on the side for the cheats "goal" did not flag, i immediately looked at him hopping he would have seen it and he did not flag for an infringement so as i say well done to the ref!Thought their Number 9 was good and Jamal did well on his return to Merstham and overall they did well and worked very very hard. Of course as usual Chris Boulter was absolutely outstanding in every aspect of his play for us - top man!

MessageGary I don’t normally disagree with you but Jamel was a quality player for us and moved on like most players when the team doesn’t get promoted like us that year.
Walton Casuals may be near the bottom but when you see the points gap its similar to the Premiership two games either way puts you way up the table!
