| Message | Love the website especially the pictures. They always make me homesick. I have so many wonderful memories of growing up in Brigus. I live in Cambridge now and so is the rest of the Brown clan except for Wayne who is in Edmonton. Was home for the Blueberry festival this summer and had a great time. Saw lots of good friends from 20+ years ago. Gosh I'm getting old..LOL. Was home again in Sept. for my cousin D.J.(Gerald)French's wedding...what a family reunion we had!!! Special hello's go to my mom & dad (Gordon & Matilda Spracklin) who will be celebrating 64 years of marriage on October 8th, 2007. Congratulations to you both. | Message | Spent many summers 1950's to late 60's in Brigus at my Aunt/uncles house Sadie/Richard Fowler. I visited the old house this past summer(2007) and was glad to see The Fowler House in the Stone House museum - quite interesting. Brought back many childhood memories. My father was born/raised in Brigus(Leo Shea) who will turn 90 this month but is in failing health.  |

| Message | hi i am living in cambridge ontario now used to live in Fort Mcmurray between 1997 - 2007 of may. lives in southern alberta little town called vauxhall for 8 months worked in a potato factory. left vauxhall in may of 2007 end was in terrace bay for awhile/ Thunder bay as well.  grew up living on roaches line school brigus .a little 2 room one was a convert i remember when the shool was being built we had to use outhouses any one rememer that   |

| Message | Just wanted to say hi to everyone in Brigus. I was so upset when I got the news of Esther Spracklin's passing. I spent quite a bit of time around her and got to know her really well. (She was married to my first cousin, Kevin). Kevin, please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you. Esther will be dearly missed! |

| Message | Just wanted to say thank you to all the friends and family of Esther and Kevin Spracklin who made me feel at home while I was there for her funeral. She had alot of people who loved her very much and she will be greatly missed and never forgotten. She is at peace now and hopefully someone in the family will be there each year to carry on her Blueberry traditions. I will miss Brigus dearly.  |

| Message | I left Nf 42 years ago, but my daughter and her husband wanted to get married there and just fell in love with Brigus, so that's where they made their vows. It was a beautiful day and the many guests from Ontario just loved Brigus and the Blueberry Festifal that followed. |
