| Message | Dear Ryan, We had a nice visit Saturday and Sunday at your Dad and Mom's house in Marystown. They were telling us about you and how much they miss you. I was looking at pictures of your garden in Eastport, they are beautiful, maybe sometime I'll get to see the real thing, Please God. | Message | Happy Canada Day, Precious Son. This day celebrates our freedom that Pop was part of in WWII. I loved it that you would go with me to lay a wreath in his memory. Your life here was short but you certainly enjoyed every moment of it. The song "Do it Anyway" is how you lived and is a fitting song for us all. Guess you and all your angel friends are enjoying the day. Glenn's mom Jenny, Aunt Diane, Aunt Phyllis, cousin Rebecca and Nan Roma visited on the weekend, as well as Gwen, Lyndsey's mom. Also, Johanna's mom Barb came for a visit and I talked to Stephen's mom Lett on the telephone. We are sure we enjoyed their company as much as you are enjoying Glenn, Lyndsey, Johanna and Stephen. You have so many friends "in the sky" as we have made here because of the untimely accidents you all had...Perry, Harold, Judy, Matthew, Clarence, Clint...the list goes on...we are not alone in our grief and spending time with those parents makes our sadness easier to bear. I went home to Marystown last week, my grandfather passed away...on the night of the funeral my cousins and I went out to the warf in Little Bay and I brought a dozen black horse with me...we all just sat drinking and talking, but most of the time I was thinking of you. Whenever I go back to Marystown i drive past your house and look in...I don't know what I expect to see each time I look in. I miss you daily, and I think of your family all the time... I wish I could see your smile once more, hug you once more.
