| Message | Congratulations! Tarlac City website is impressive and very useful. It only goes to show that Tarlacqueños are at par to the current trends of times. Our City Mayor Aro Mendoza has been very aggressive in pursuit of excellence in order to transform Tarlac City and its town people to be marketable in talents-skills,intelligence, ingenuity, resourcefulness,etc. Keep it up guys!
