| Message | Graeme and his team installed our new windows and doors last year, from planning to installation the process was friendly and professional. Graham listened to our thoughts and made suggestions to ensure the windows were the correct style and design for our house. The installation team was first class, friendly polite tidy and made a marvellous job of the fitting. The end result, we love our windows, we took on board the design advice from Graeme and so glad we did, the windows enhance the house both in appearance and insulation. We did experience on or two slight issues, however Graeme and his team were marvellous ensuring speedy resolutions to our satisfaction, 10/10 for their customer service. Today we again called on Graeme for some assistance, a bulky delivery was proving problematic. Graeme had a team at our house with 15 minutes, we are so grateful to Graeme response. | Message | Many thanks for proving that local is best when it comes to doing business. Graeme and Willie make you feel most welcome and are good listeners as to our needs, and David and Kenny were first class installers. We have just had our whole house (5 standard and 1 panoramic) windows replaced by these people and the standard of workmanship and housekeeping during the fitting was first class. We had another local company bidding for our work who offered us a price which was quickly reduced as an incentive then further reduced by phone the next day! Window Store are straight forward in quoting a price and then clearly intent on leaving you alone to decide if you are happy to proceed, and for us their practice is what we desired. | Message | We are delighted with our new doors and windows. They have transformed the appearance of our house, and we have also noticed a big difference in its efficiency. The whole process was both pleasant and professional and there was no sales push whatsoever. As an engineer I had many detailed question with regards to hinges, locks, construction etc and Graeme took a couple of hours over several coffees and visits to fully answer all my questions. He demonstrated the breakdown of the actual components which I found particularly reassuring. The whole process, from Wullie’s initial site visit, to showroom visits to discuss various options, to the actual installation was straightforward and agreeable. The installation over several days by Connor and Davey was excellent. They were, friendly, professional and tidy, and they explained everything as they went along. In total we had 19 windows, 3 doors and a set of French doors installed, and being a bit of a perfectionist I could not fault the work. Thanks again to Graeme and his team. |

| Message | After researching numerous other options and businesses, I decided to visit Window Store's Kirkcaldy showroom. Upon entering, I was extremely impressed by how it was designed and the options on display. I was met by Graeme Smart, who was more than helpful with advice and assistance. He listened intently to what I required and showed me numerous options throughout the showroom and brochures. There was no hard sell and he offered me his opinion on choices I had either made myself or been advised to have fitted by other businesses, providing me with a friendly and educated service. I provided him with my requirements and we sat down in the office went over numerous options, again in a friendly and relaxed manner. I was provided with a quote, which was extremely competitive and due to all the aforementioned factors, I decided to purchase a new composite front door, windows and French doors. We did not have to wait more than a week until I was advised that our windows and French doors were ready for delivery. Upon being fitted, I was extremely happy with our purchases, which look and feel of high quality. Throughout the fit, which was carried out by my builders, I was in regular contact with Graeme and Willie. They were always keen to assist and even arranged for their fitters to ensure all items were fitted correctly. Overall, I cannot recommend Window Store enough. Thank you Graeme, Willie and the staff. |

| Message | Had patio doors/windows fitted Monday12th November 2018 We wanted to replace in-opening doors with out-opening doors because we are directly next to the sea, and after the beast from the east last winter, the pressure on the doors resulted in water getting in, not least it was a bit breezy! We were more then pleased with the guys expertise in removing & refitting new very heavy doors/windows They certainly knew there stuff & were clean & tidy throughout, leaving the place like they’d not been there Thank you guys Also we were happy with the price, thank you graham |

| Message | We visited showroom and discussed with Graeme what we wanted, therefore didn't have a rep coming to house and sitting for 2 hours (like other companies). Price was excellent and windows and door fitted with friendly and very professional fitters. After service was also excellent as door needed a slight adjustment. They came out that same day. Would recommend this Company without any hesitation. Satisfied customers Ted, Doreen and the dog😁 |
