| Message | Having previously used Window Store in the past, it made total sense to return and take advantage of the first class service and top quality workmanship Graham and his whole team provides. I can't praise the installation team of Kyle and Michael enough for their professional attitude in the midst of one of the worst days of weather the east coast of Fife decided to provide us with. Over the course of 2 days Kyle and Michael have managed to install 6 sash and case windows, all finished to a very high standard and with the very minimum of disruption to the house and surrounding area. Quiet and industrious, these 2 young men were simply amazing...(pro-tip: just keep the tea and coffee flowing, intersperse with the occasional fried-egg roll and your installation experience will go without a hitch. If you want a high spec product, a professional service all at a fantastic price, look no further than Window Store. |

| Message | After seeing a neighbours new door .went to window store at Kirkcaldy .. well I was amazed at showroom and the displays .. met the owner Grahame .. he was so helpful and no hard sales whatsoever .. ended up with two new outside doors and a set of french doors for my garage .. Wullie came measured up you get a price that stands for a long time .. he is a very pleasant man and very professional. The day of both installs were done by Kyle & Michael who worked none stop .. job was done so professionally .. and to a high standard .. (even fitted my wall letterbox cheers ) cleaned up at back of their job .. I would recommend this company with no hesitation .. and also have my sister getting doors and windows done in December .. | Message | New Windows and Doors fitted by window store, from getting measured to fitting was an easy process. We were able to design front door and view what it would look like on property prior to ordering also which was beneficial.Kyle and Michael came to fit windows and doors, the installation was excellent, guys were very clean and left a high standard of finish, also nothing was any hassle for the guys they were happy to assist in any queries. Highly recommended. |

| Message | Had my windows and doors fitted last week and I have never known a company where nothing is too much trouble. The fitters were excellent and went above and beyond what I expected. There was a little bit of patching up to be done around the lounge window and the builder arrived the same day to have a look, said he would be here Wednesday and true to his word he is actually here now,(all included in the price) I would not hesitate to recommend this company. My sister has already ordered from them along with her friend. A1 company who does exactly what they say and a bit more if needed. |

| Message | Window Store's Kyle and Michael replaced a few of our windows and did a very good job. They were very hard working , efficient and professional. They were also very tidy. All the work was to a very high standard and the joinery work around the windows was also finished to a high standard. This is the second time we have dealt with Window Store and again we found pricing very transparent and the whole process very straight forward.  |

| Message | Just had all my windows, doors, sliding doors and porch done by Window Store couldn’t have asked for a better service from start to finish, had a few quotes but Wullie was by far the most genuine down to earth not like other salesmen (who I won’t mention) just came to house measured up and gave us detailed quote day after and left it with us to get back in touch with them. On day of installation Kyle and Michael turned up on time and worked hard every day standard of work was superb all finishings are perfect, all rubbish took away each day no mess at all for me to deal with which was great, my house has been transformed thanks to Window Store would highly recommend without a doubt. |

| Message | We visited Window Store on Saturday 24th August, with the intention on viewing new front doors and getting some advice on which one to choose based on our type of house. However, having discussed with Graeme and showing him a photo of our house/door he actually talked us out of replacing the door! Due to it being an old door which Graeme explained was effectively antique, his recommendation was to get our current door restored rather than buy a new one. Graeme's honesty and knowledge was fantastic, and rather than trying to sell he was more keen to do the right thing based on his expertise. We also got a tour of the store which has been kitted out to a very high standard, and I would really recommend visiting if you're thinking about windows or doors. Thanks for your help Graeme, and giving your honest advice and help. Alan McKay |

| Message | We are absolutely delighted with our new front door. We went along to the showroom where we were able to choose at leisure along with expert advice and decided on the one that was perfect for us. Wullie came along and visited us to measure and give us a date for delivery and fitting. As promised our new door arrived with Kenny and Davie on the day as scheduled. They expertly fitted it and was in place by early afternoon, all tidied up and our old door taken away. Our new front door has definitely transformed our house. We honestly would have no hesitation in recommending Window Store. A huge thanks to Graeme and his team. We definitely have had the Window Store experience.  |
