MessageToday I found your blog and many of my relative's obituaries located in the Oelwein Daily Register.

My father was the first/oldest son of Claire Sagert Searle who was a daughter of Louis Albert Sagert. Louis had two sisters, Mrs. Lena Bohrer of Inner Grove, Minnesota and Emilia Klein of Elmore, Minnesota.

At some point I would like to read more about each of them.

Thanks, arlayne

MessageI found this site by researching relatives who came to TX in 1854 from Wielka Pluznica Poland. Do you still do lookups for people?"

MessageHi! I'm finally getting somewhere on my family search. Great Great Grandparents were Matthias and Constantina Madla from Poland. I found you through a search - I was able to go way back on one side of the family (Llanes by way of Spain, any assistance or tips for the Madla portion - I lost a week searching through archives for Norway!).

Thanks and I love the blog!

MessageHi Sonja,

Thanks for the reply regarding Stopinski (Stopienski) in Soldau. My grandfather moved from the Wartenburg area to Kreis Soldin. Would you e-mail me with the information you have on the Stopinski line.

Thanks in advance,

MessageI don't believe that they are, but The area of Gliwice is on and that is in a different region. I know that it has to do with contracts and if the archive doesn't agree to online digitization, that the Library has to abide by those contracts.

MessageHi,

Thanks for a quick reply.
We will look for it.
Most of the info we have about the Gralla's in israel is on Geni.com
Thanks to your research we have traced back our roots very clearly to Josef Gralla. Unfortunately we belong to Josef grand son that decided to stay in Rozan before WW2 ,and very few survived.
We will write to you more when we are back from
our trip to Spain.
Again thanks for your research and articles.
