| Message | Although I did not know Zac personally,these posts have said so much about the life he lived, and more importantly, who he lived for. (It sounds like he was a lot like his mom!) This was in my devotion the morning I heard the news, "Jesus said there are times when God cannot lift the darkness from you, but you should trust Him. Nothing in life happens unless God's will is behind it." I know how strong your faith is, but as a reminder during this time of sorrow,"Cast all your cares on him, because He cares for you." (1 Peter 5:7; again in Psalm 55:22; and Philippians 4:6-9) Your in my thoughts and prayers! |

| Message | Dear Zac, I miss you already. Even though I was not really your sister, only your sister-in-law, from the moment I met you, you treated me like I was. What I will miss the most about you is your interesting way of looking at the world, like you had on a totally different pair of glasses than the rest of us. There are not many people in the world that can make you think the way you did. Generosity was simply in you all the time, and it seemed to me that you expressed it to everyone you met. You could be downright hilarious as well and you could make me laugh out loud. I wish that you and Jeremy and I could have spent more time together. I wish our boys could have played more games with you, Uncle Zac. You sure knew a lot about Pokemon; Joey was so impressed by you Actually, you knew a lot about many things. Even though your life was short you packed a ton of living into it. But you know there were still things we wanted to do with you. One of the last times we were together (we had all went to church that day) you said you would come over and make us a meal sometime. I wish we would have taken you up on that sooner. You were a real chef! I’m sure you’ll be making some great meals up in heaven now. I want to thank you for being such a great little brother to my husband.
