Its "Any Given Saturday" here in this league and all should recognize that on both sides...GOD I can't wait for the season to start!!!! | Message | I can stand in line for hours for shoes or black friday etc.... I can pay $200 + for shoes or a iphone or even a $599+ for a ipad without a second guess. But I have the hardest time staying a litte late at practice for extra work (which I need) and to top that I hate paying fees Go Figure !! Just food for thought Time for a change |

| Message | HeadBussa...I agree with everything you are saying in regards to the potential security of a venue. Some teams are more prepared than others and have been established long enough to be able to move forward more quickly than others. I'm just playing devils advocate and identifying some the issues that could become problems with having a late schedule. I am sure that everything will work out for all...I am looking forward to see what the schedule does present in regard to some of the key matchups. I think some are going to be quite surprised on the path they have to take to get close to a championship. With the additions to the league,and division/conference structure, I dont see a clear cut path for anyone. I think the former GCFA teams will be pleasantly surprised with some of the talent and level of competition over here. And I think the TUFA last season powerhouses are in for a rude awakening if they think its gonna be a cake walk. And for the new teams, its going to be interesting on where they fit in because some of them have huge potential. Every Saturday should be exciting and looking forward to it from a fans perspective. | Message | Well to say we are the weakest link there is a lot of outside recruitment going on. Meaning players of the last ranked Gators are receiving calls to jump ship. Anyway as the world turns if u play state your team and be ready to play football, all the talking can cease. C. Atkinson preciate the realness. | Message | Semipro Insider...I understand that aspect of things. But given you know that the season starts in March, 10 weeks season, every game on Saturdays mostly around 3pm or 7pm, would that not be enough information to get a venue locked down till you can produce dates and times? To me that seems more than enough to at least get an agreement in the working especially if you know that you are planning on playing the upcoming season. Your right in some aspects, but it just seems to me that everything was not properly planned. Hard Hittaz 4 Life!!! |

| Message | Penrice...the Colts unfortunately lost. HeadBussa...in a an ideal situation, you would be correct and be able to just say I'm playing at "venue X" and the school district just says "okay" and deal is done. In a realistic approach, how would you know what days to secure for unless you have been provided a schedule? How would the respective school district be able to tell you what venue is available if you dont know what dates you are trying to secure? And if I'm not mistaken, most of the schools and AD's are off during the summer parrallel to the off season and have not been provided thier respective athletice schedule for the Spring...so negotiating and securing something with a bunch of unknown variables is virtually impossible unless you padding someones pockets or have a long term contract. |
