| Message | Just a thought to ponder. Wonder if anybody else finds this as amusing as I do. Somebody gets upset over whatever and decides to start a new team with all new ideas. It is going to be diffrent from all others. Then they go and recruit every disgruntled player they can get from all the teams they can. After building this team they are suprised when they have trouble. You built your whole team with players who are negative, and are looking for the bad things to happen again. If you truly want to be diffrent you have to get players who haven't played semi-pro already. Also it seems funny when the team doesn't get welcomed with open arms. When the recruiting process is 80% contacting guys you played with on previous teams and talk their team down. Trust me if that player doesn't go with you they call management of team they are with to tell how they feel about what you did. |
