| Message | I have grown up in the bible belt in the south as well raised southern baptist.I feared rejection when I came out as well but have never been more excepted in mylife.I hope that Bryce makes it through all of this and knows he is a child of God and his sexuality doesn't make him any less. My heart aches b/c these conservative "Christians" who judge and damn those that aren't like them. I lost a really close friend b/c of a similar situation and his way out was suicide. Bryce you are in my thoughts and prayers and if you read this know that you have a whole lot of support from around the nation. |

I pray for your parents, and those around you who think homosexuality is a "disease" to be cured, that they may one day find enlightenment, and realize that God made all things and all people, exactly the way they are, and GOD DON'T MAKE JUNK!! I pray for this ministry and all your friends reaching out to help you. I pray for your partner-to-be, Travis, that he may find strength to hold on to your love, and that it sustains him through the terrible fear and uncertainty he must feel. But mostly, I pray for you, that God comfort your soul, calm your doubts, and give you courage to stand up for the person you know you really are. Only you can know what is in your heart, and only God can be the judge of what you feel. Let no one else try to pass judgment on you, to demean you, to castigate you, for they are fools who do not really know God if they think it is their right and duty to do so. | Message | Bryce - If you are reading this - you have been found - and you are receiving the message that you are created as you are created. That your love is of no lesser value than any other. And, hopefully, you are learning that members of your family have simply not learned what you have learned in your time on this planet - so you are their teacher. They just don't know it yet and/or are fearful of what you have to teach them. If thought creates form - and I believe it does - then their belief in a lesser being - or a lesser love - is their fear for themselves - so.. in avoidance, in believing that they have identified their lesser, they think they have been elevated themselves. It's sad. It's unfortunate. And it means that you must leave them to their lessons - without your physical, emotional, spiritual presence - because, in their fear, they seek to hurt you. | Message | It is absolutely sickening that in this day and age things like this are still happening. Being gay is not a choice... When anyone hits puberty they are attracted to a certain type of guy or girl, and sometimes a certain type of both. This makes me angry to my core & I just hope what is happening to him is nothing too serious. I hope it's more 'But I'm A Cheerleader' than 'Stonewall'. My thoughts are with this beautiful young gay man. |
