| Message | Bryce, Your story is one that is very similar to mine. It is a journey you are going through. A very difficult one. Having love and emotional connections with members of your family on one hand and homosexual attractions and wanting to be with another man on the other. My family has fundamentalist Christian beliefs also. After years of therapy, I was not so-called able to change my sexuality. My family does not want to talk with me and believe I chose this lifestyle. It has been a long road of recovery getting out of the hateful mindset towards myself. I hope you find happiness and peace in whatever direction your life takes you. I hope to hear from you soon. You are in my thoughts and prayers. |

Go forward authentically and contribute your best to this world. The ignorance of many people who use religion to bludgeon us is destructive, painful and even rather insane in its single minded focus. I see the influence of these people waning as younger people are seeing that we as we are are no threat to them or anyone. | Message | This is so said. Is there anyway to get AR State Police involved? There seems to be some indication he is being held against his will, at least enough so to investigate. Here is another very good reason for the Hate Crimes bill and proof Gay marriage is needed to protect individual rights. But I hope this turns many of you away from the superstition that did this to Bryce.
