| Message | I just want to take a quick moment here to thank all of the members and volunteers of the mcrr for everything they do to keep history in motion for not only us who grew up around the mcrr and threshers but for the whole world who come visit the reunion. I dont get to see the daily progressions activities anymore being away from Mt. Pleasant as I once did but do receive notifications/photos via facebook and am always amazed to see the accomplishments the mcrr conquered. All of your committment dedication efforts and valuable time are all very evident in photos videos and live in action during mcrr events. I had the pleasure of knowing some of those who founded and pioneer'd the mcrr. They had a vision and oh what a vision it has become. To those from afar who are reading this and have yet to attend any mcrr events especially the reunion really need to sooner than later for your travels will not disappoint you. Reunion time is near and Im excited to physically see all of the makeovers mcrr facebook has shown. |

| Message | As a young boy growing up in Haiku, Maui HI,I watched #12 do its working servicing Libby McNeil & Libby Pineapple Cannery. At times the engineer would halt the train and wave me to get on for a ride. I would sit in the cab next to the assistant engineer. The picture of the bridge which #12 is crossing was located about 250 yards from my home. There are so many stories regarding #12. My family have adopted that picture as our "logo" on t-shirts and polo shirts. Hoping some day I'll be able to visit, "Good ole #12" in your city. |

| Message | Just looking for information on the "Polar Express" ride in December. My brother and his family went last year and had a ball. I'm looking to take my great niece, niece, and parents. I just need lots of time ahead for planning. When is the earilist we could buy the tickets? Can't wait to hear back and start planning.   |

| Message | Cody: There are no current plans for No. 1, that is at least, until someone wins a lottery and commissions its rebuild, estimated at $1,000,000 or more. There was some talk several years ago of rebuilding the engine but those plans never came to fruition. |
