I came across your ad on the red Chevelle.

I have been looking for a car for about 9 months. I read your blog on your personel search for your 66 and thought wow I'm not the only nut out there.

I'm on the web everyday trying to find a 67 SS true 138 car. I was hoping to find one here in the Bay Area but starting to realize that I may have to go out of the area to accomplish my goal.

Like you I would like to find a "done car". I really don't have the time to do it myself or the knowledge to get it all done.

In my high school days I owned a 66 SS with bench seats and a 360HP 396. Should of kept that one!!

I would like to spend between 30-40K max. I want a 4 speed car with buckets. Ideally #'s matching but would consider a non # matching car if it's the right car.

Any recommendations you can make would be appreciated.

MessageI am looking for a true 138 car. Must be convertible, 4 speed with factory air. If Cobalt blue that would be perfect. I am moving to Tucson in about a year and a half. This is my dream car.
