| Message | My female Husky "Anika" developed a golf ball size mass under her left leg in 2001. We were living in San Diego at the time. We took her to a wonderful Vet out there & they removed it. They did a biopsy & sent it to a Los Angeles center who said that they could not identify exactly what it was. We did'nt know if it was a spider bite etc or just what it was. After about three years it returned in the area of her left leg again. We took her to another Vet that was recommended to us when we moved back to Texas after she became very ill one morning & almost collapsed on our kitchen floor. He treated her for almost two weeks diagnosing her with Cushing's Disease, saying that he was night concerned about the tumor, but rather getting her body chemistry back up to speed feeling that she was in no condition to undergo any surgery. She just did not appear to have the symptoms of Cushing's so we took her to another Vet Center that specializes in all types of cancer in dogs. They after an initial examination said that she had been diagnosed incorrectly & in fact did not have Cushing's & never had! This all came to our attention after almost two years of care from our previous Vet here in Texas. Of course as you can imagine, the cost has been enormous to us & we just do not have the financial ability to go any further. The tumor now has grown to about the sive of child's football & seems to be attatched to the leg at a place about four inches long. It drains constantly. Please pray. |

| Message | My girl Bessie has a very large mass overtaking the entire hind legs area of her lower abdomen. As i thought this would go away on its own now I fear I have waited to long. I am terrified to take her to the vet, I know she needs the medical attention but I feel sooooo responsible for how bad it is now. Today was the first day she started trying to hide away in the darkest corner of my walk in closet. My bessie has been slipping away and I haven't really realized how bad she could really be. I have four children whom have never experienced death, and she has her hubby Sir Luke who just won't know what to do without her around. Please all you kind people, help raise me up to be strong enough to endure this devestating journey I am about to experience with my beloved, warm and always loving friend Bessie. Pray for her to our od that it is not to late for her to have a full recovery as I will put you all and your furry companions in my thoughts and prays. Mommy loves you Betty, Im sorry baby!! I'll always be here for you. |

| Message | Rusty just collasped today on Thanksgiving day. The fluid was drained off his heart and he will be transferred for a second opinion tomorrow morning. Please pray that he is not as bad as what the clinic is saying. Rusty is a rescued street dog that I have had for 11 years and i want him to make it 12! |

| Message | My Buddy will be 8 years old on Dec 10th. He has had surgury to remove 2 cancerous areas in his intestine and had his first chemo treatment Monday, Nov 24/08. Please pray for him that he will go into remission quickly and stay there. Buddy has been the best companion ever!!! Only wants to be with us and I do not want to part with this beautiful guy yet. Thanks for all your prayers, be stong and enjoy every moment you have. |
