Our vet has given him a prognosis of "Guarded," but we have faith that he can recover and brighten our lives for many more years. I am not sure yet if I am going to have her start a Chemotherapy protocal. I really want her quality of life to be good for the time she has left.

MessageMy faithful companion of over twelve years has been diagnosed with hemangiosarcoma. It was first discovered about three months ago. We started her on chemo shortly thereafter, following a biopsy of a removed tumor that showed hemangiosarcoma. We were optimistic, but we received the news today that it has spread to her lungs, and there is nothing more we can do. She is still very happy and does not show any outward signs of being sick. Please keep us in your prayers.
