MessageMy beautiful Inca has been diagnosed with Lymphoma and we think she has around 4 weeks with us. She is fine and is enjoying her usual weekly swim and her daily walks that is is so difficult to believe that we will loose her soon.
I held her in my hands when she was seconds old and sold her at 8 weeks only to have her returned to us at 3 yrs old, through no fault of her own. She is a wonderful girl, so full of life and I am hoping and praying for a miricle to stop this terrible disease from taking her.

MessageI have posted a couple of times asking for prayers for my Shar Pei Kodiak. She is still with us and amazingly is still going on hour long walks and enjoying a good appetite. However, her tumors are growing at an alarming rate and we can see the toll it is starting to take on her. Please pray for us to know when it is time to say good bye to her. We love her so much and do not want her to suffer, but want to enjoy every last minute we can with her. My life revolves around her and I would do anything for her. Thank you for this wonderful site. It is very comforting to share with other pet owners who are going through the same thing we are. God Bless you!

MessageI took Athena to the vet the other day to have her swollen dew claw checked. X-rays led to the possibility of her having bone cancer. Wishing for the swelling to be only an infection.

MessagePlease pray for my baby. I have the most amazing dog on the planet. He is 11 1/2 yrs old and an amazing part of my life. Sometime around Thanksgiving we had taken him to the vet several times for his lymph nodes being swollen. The ones in his neck would go up and down until about weeks ago and now they have reached golf ball size and are not going away. My vet suggested that with his age we could lose him even trying to do a biopsy. He has begun to have a hard time breathing over the past few days. I love my Sebastian with all my heart and soul. I know he cannot live forever but I cannot imagine my life without him. I have struggled with whether or not to do a biopsy but my vet recommended against it becuase of the risk. She is a very caring vet and we have been with her since he was a puppy. I would give anything I had if I thought I could save him. Please pray for us. I am a single mother with an 11 and 14 year old who will be just as heartbroken if I am should something happen to him. Sebastian is the best friend I have ever had.

MessageDuke was born on April 27, 2004 in New South Wales, Australia. Little did his breeder know the impact this little puppy would have on so many people! Duke entered our lives in June, 2004 during a very bleak period and instantly brought laughter into our house, love into our hearts, and changed our lives forever.

Every single day since entering our lives, Duke has started our mornings with smiles and laughter and ended our days the same way. From his early morning "song" mixed with kisses and cuddles to his daily goofy antics, Duke brings nothing but a smile to your face.

On September 16, 2006, Duke became the proud father of nine beautiful puppies, six of which we kept for the first six months of their lives. Eventually, we decided to keep four of his babies - Attila, Bear, Bella and Nani. Duke was present at the birth of each of his babies and even licked two of his daughters to life. Everyday of the puppies lives began with their Daddy running excitedly into their "crib" and gently walking through them kissing each one of the head. We have amazed breeders of this breed because, we've been told, that most females would never allow a male near their newborns and most males would try to kill their offspring. Not Duke! He loves his babies and continues to run and play with them. After waking us up with kisses and cuddles, he's running down the stairs to see his babies.

In February, 2009, our precious Duke developed a lump in his throat. He immediately
