MessageOur 8 year old dog recently had an unsuccessful needle aspiration. It only had blood. We are going to try again on Monday, 8/31 to try to identify the type of cancer to determine treatment. After surgery was explained to us, how invasive, major, drainage tubes, we do not want to put our baby through pain and suffering for only another 1-1 1/2 possible years. The mass is 2-2 1/2" big in her left lobe. We are hoping to identify the type and perhaps use medications to shrink and slow the growth. She is currently eating and drinking fine. Also found kidney and bladder small stones and she is being treated with special food and antibiotic for urinary bacteria infection. We want her to live for as long as she's comfortable and decrease the size of tumor if possible. Please pray with us. Thanks and God Bless.
