Oliie survied Mange a year ago which was caught from foxes in our garden! I feel that due to this his immune system was poor and now the vet has told me that he has cancer - I am devastated as he is only 9yrs old and love him very much I am praying for him each day but he has no appetite and is having steriod injections to make him comfortable. I will not let him suffer and feel that I have to make a decision very soon - I would welcome any prayers many thanks Mrs Miller

Buddy showed up in my yard a month ago in a severe starved condition with a tumor the size of a small grapefruit. The tumor was removed for comfort, but he still has many lumps ranging from his chest area to his groin. It's a miracle he made it through the surgery in his deplorable condition. We have been trying to feed him many meals throughout the day until he reaches a healthy weight. He actually looks at us like he is so thankful, but he still has a faraway look in his eyes which is so hard to interpret because his estimated age is about ten and we know nothing about him such as name, whereabouts, treatment, diet, inside or outside dog, etc. He seems to be housetrained but knows no commands and apparantly has never been on a leash before now. He is now our little inside companion and only goes out to do his business on the leash and comes back in to be with us. Please keep Buddy in your hearts and send some healing energy his way. He is such a docile little love. The medical prognosis is not good because his body is filled with cancer. We are doing the cottage cheese and flaxseed oil but it is not staying down so I'm giving it a break. We have flor-essence but I haven't tried it yet until his stomach settles down. I'm just putting the Co-Q 10 in his natural food right now and maybe will add a few more things later. He can't afford to be throwing up in his condition albeit he is 75% better that what he was! Advice appreciated. Kim Shenton from NC

Ben-Shane is 7 and diagnosed a week ago with multiple tumors throughout his abdominal cavity. We have him on prednisone and prayer and an improved diet. His appetite is good; he is happy and enjoying his usual routine. My son and daughter-in-law won't be back until September and want to see him again. Thank you for your prayers! He is the "Best Dog in the Whole World".

I just found out yesterday 4/16 that my 8-9 year old black lab Sabbath has Osteosarcoma in his front legs. I took him to the vet because he was limping and never expected that I would be saying good bye. He is a happy dog, our protector and right now I just want to make him as comfortable as possible. The vet said that it would spread rapidly and he is at risk of a fracture. We too are on a fixed income and cannot afford to do extensive treatment. They gave him tramadol for the pain while we say our good byes. Please keep my Sabby in your prayers when he makes his journey.

Yesterday I was told by the vet that my maltese Boobo, has a tumor on his spleen, and thinks it might have spread to his liver. Hes anemic so he got a blood transfusion. I feel like I am watching him die, but I am so afraid he will die during surgery, hes 13 yrs old. Hes a fighter and I don't want to give up on him, but I want him to enjoy his life too. Please pray for Boobo hes so special and hes my world. I believe in the power of prayer, I will pray for all the other animals too. God Bless you all. Thank you to Jeff Werber in Los Angeles for being the best vet and friend a girl could ask for. He is the best Vet out there and he loves animals, I thank God for Vets like Jeff....

My dog Ginger is 9 1/2 years old. I just found out today she has lymphoma. She is on steroids, we can't afford chemo and I am not sure I wamt to put her through it anyway. I will start to feed her better foods to help her. She still seems pretty active and is eating good. She is half the weight she used to be though. I know she can make it past the "3 to 4 months" the vets estimate.

diagnosed today, cancer in the spleen, mostly spread to kidney's and liver. In the last 48 hours, he's gone from running up a hill and playing to not being able to walk. The doctor thinks maybe there is another tumor pressing on his spine because he can't use his back legs. I can't believe how fast this has all happened. I love this little guy so much. Please put him in your prayers.
