| Message | My good old dog, King, is 12 in February. He started making choking noises and then one side of his face changed shape. Took him to the vet who said he had Horners Syndrome. Went to the neurologist who discovered a thyroid carcinoma which caused the Horners and the Horners caused the left side of his larynx to be paralyzed. The neurologist said the cancer could be treatable but the larynx is not. So now whatever time is left with my beautiful boy is so special. I can't pray for a cure but I will pray for King and our family to have a wonderful time together for as long as we can. It will be our last Xmas together. My friend, Bob the photographer is going to create a photo memorial for us and I am having a portrait done which I will hang on my wall. King can't go for walks with us any more cause it causes too much pressure on his larynx but we will take him to the beach in the cool of the morning and just stroll along with him. We will miss his gorgeous smile and happy tail so much . Let us pray for Kingy and all the other beautiful 4 legged friends that bring us such joy. Love you buddy. |

| Message | Ebony is fighting hard, and is still running out to try and catch "that squirrel" every morning. She is on a steroid treatment, and Antibiotics (inject able) and we are feeding her fresh chicken and rice every day. My wife and I love her and can't imagine not seeing her loving face every day. Please please, pray for our Ebbie. She is only 5 years old, and black in color, and so smart, and just such a good dog. I don't think she can eat her dry dog food any more as she seems to have trouble swallowing it. We are praying to St. Francis and our Savior, for a healing, but as you know where the more that gather to pray, the louder the Lord God shall hear the request. Thank you for praying for our beloved pet. Bob and Pat. P.S. Our vet did a biopsy of the lymph gland and it came back positive for cancer 4 weeks ago, he was not very optimistic about a positive outcome. |
