| Message | Hi - we rescued Fugly from the street when she was only about 4 months - she had yet to grow into her teeth. She is now almost 11 and has only given us years of absolute joy. She has recently been having what I thought what an allergic reaction (looked like welts on her tongue) - Imagine my horror when on taking her to the Vet, they immediately did a biopsy and are thinking it is Lymphoma. Please say a prayer for her - we are expecting the results back on Wednesday and I am living in fear of the answer. Thank you so much. Patrick & Dianna Sheehan |

| Message | Please pray for our loving gentle giant leader, Bear. After rescuing him almost exactly 12 years ago from Rochester NY's Humane Society we were informed he had likely metastatic lung cancer as two weeks prior on US we found a 4x4cm cyst in his spleen. The only saf way to determine if it's malignant is by the organs removal being a mass organ of blood, and subsequent biopsy. If it IS the primary sight then he could die in days as it's a VERY rapid form of vascular cancer or it could instantly kill him if his spleen ruptures n bleeds out. We don't know the details like in a human but the diagnosing vet said it's stage 4 being both his lungs are filled with small tumors. We had been noticing other symptoms the last few months but attributed them to his taking pain med for severe hip arthritis. He also had a cough since age 7-8...n that has JUST increased the past few weeks. If I had to guess it's a brain tumor metastasized to his lungs and possibly the spleen is a cyst. We are seeing head of oncology @ NYC's veterinary medical center listed on this sight Wed aft. He's been my saving grace for enduring infertility and the loss of the human love of my life as we adopted him about a year prior together. I KNOW he has had an INCREDIBLE life and I've done things a parent does for their human child for him his entire life. He's such an obedient but gentle pack leader type boy almost human like, I CAN'T not do everything I possibly can for him now. Please pray it's not the rapid spleen |

| Message | we have 4 boxers and they bring us so much joy, there full of personality,energy & LOVE.... I notice my baby boy "Chester" who just turned 5 the end of July....his tummy looked enlarged, so we rushed him to the vet and the news was horrible!! The Vet told us after a few x-rays he has numerous mass tumors in his abdomen, so he referred us to Guelph University for further testing today, He had an ultra sound, blood work etc...& it only confirmed the worst! I have been in tears for the past two days as he has Never had health issues he's so loyal and loving we couldn't ask for a better dog. we are waiting to see if he is to far gone for treatment or the other way around. He's to young to die i will be lost with out him. please say a little prayer for him. god bless you all. Lynn Rob & Chester |
