|Message||Thank you for being one to take the time and let us know who you are.|
I read your running story, seen the sights of Italy with your photos, and mourned a loss that only you could put in words so beautifully.
Flagstaff needs you, these kids are getting something that all kids need.. thanks to you!!!
I enjoy working with you and love that you are a genuine person. We still have some tweekin' to do with balance and time at Flagstaff. But, thank GOD you are here!

Great website! Running my FIRST 10k 7.1 Mile Falmouth Road Race on August 9. Definitely no where near running marathons, but you never know someday. Hope things are well!

|Message||What a great story. I have three Huskies as well, and we started running too mostly to curb the Huskie destruction! We came to love our Huskie so much we decided to rescue two more. We only compete in 5k's, their best time with my husband is just under 24 mins. But we do live in Ohio and it was 75 degrees that day! Keep up the good work and may your Huskie's memories keep your drive alive. Many well wishes.|

|Message||This "quest" is awesome! I too used to absolutely hate running. I think it was due to the no fun type training that I had while running track in high school. Anyway, about 6 months ago I decided that I was not healthy and gaining weight at too fast a rate. I wanted to do something about it before it got any worse and I decided that running would be an inexpensive and time efficient way to get the exercise that I needed. I also severely changed my diet. Since then I have run in 3 5K races and one 5K plus one mile (4.1) and have improved my times with each one. I will also race in my first triathlon in 2.5 weeks and am really excited about that. Along the way I have dropped about 30 pounds and am about 10 pounds from my "ideal" weight. I have a new life goal of completing a full distance ironman one day. I am also flirting with the idea of training for a marathon in December. Anyway, I just wanted to share my story and thank you for the blog. Good luck on your journey! Oh yeah, I also lived in Lafayette, CO on Excalibur St. in 2001 so when I saw you are in the area I thought it was interesting! I am (unfortunately) far away from the beautiful Colorado landscape now, in South Carolina.|

|Message||Seeing your posts on active.com and what you plan to do by the time you're 50 I was wondering if you've heard about people running 7 marathons on 7 continents in 7 days. You can do a google search on it to see that others have done it. It's crazy for sure. Anyway, if you finish your marathons before you turn 50, maybe you'll have to do a marathon in other parts of the world |

|Message||You blog is inspiring. I started training for a marathon and shortly into it I found out I was pregnant with my 1st child (4 yrs ago now) and stopped. I have stayed active and fit but not continued with my running and I have 21 weeks to train for my first marathon run with the plan to run a 5K, a 10K, and hopefully a 1/2 marathon during that time to help me stay motivated/build up to it. Do you have any suggestions for me?|
